Born and raised in Hamburg, Britta Gonnermann worked several
years as an Account Manager in an international advertising agency. Here she
learned to bridge client needs with creative approaches.
After accomplishing
her bachelor's degree in business administration (Diplom-Kaufmann) she started a
career in Human Resources at OTTO. In this company she broadened her
competencies. At Roland Berger Strategy Consultants (Munich) she deepened her
capabilities in an extremely success- and result-oriented environment. In her
10+ years of organizational experience she held different leadership positions
for national and international Talent Recruiting, High Potential-, Leadership-
