combined with consecutive actions for creation and implementation. It
might be useful to meet once or twice a year with your team to define
the goals and objectives you want to achieve in the upcoming year,
commit to specific actions steps for attainment, define
responsibilities and work on additional issues that might affect your
ability to be more successful. Goals and objectives will be neatly
aligned to purpose and vision. This yearly or bi-yearly work session
will help you and your team direct the energies of the people toward a
common end, to build a shared commitment to the vision, and to empower
people to act to make results possible.
