Conflict Management
The goal is to enable a team to deal with conflict
in a productive, passionate, unfiltered debate around issues of
importance for the team. Any team that wants to maximize its
effectiveness needs to learn how to do this, and doing so can only
happen if vulnerability-based trust exists. Conflict is necessary for
mature team development. If team members are not making one another
uncomfortable at times; if they're never pushing each others' envelopes
outside the emotional comfort zones during some of their discussions,
then it is extremely likely that they're not making the best decisions
for the company. We partner with you to avoid destructive arguments
that are laced with politics, pride, and competition. We want to
