In 2002 the Spiegel Group Inc. (USA) asked Britta Gonnermann to identify their High Potential leaders within their different subsidiary companies. Additionally she was responsible for expanding the skills of their executive leadership companywide in a one year program. During her stay in the US, Britta earned her Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Science in a two-year program at the respected Leadership Institute of Seattle in Executive Coaching and Consulting for Change Management Processes. She also participated in a program to become a certified MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator-) practitioner.

Personal
Traveling, hiking and mountain biking are Britta's favorite recreational hobbies. For creative relaxation she loves to cook for groups of friends - at the moment mainly Italian or Asian food. Britta is a curious learner - likes reading books, participates in regular supervision sessions with her American coaches, attends further educational workshops and likes being around people with fresh perspectives and surprising ideas.
