After accomplishing her bachelor's degree in business administration (Diplom-Kaufmann) she started a career in Human Resources at OTTO. In this company she broadened her competencies. At Roland Berger Strategy Consultants (Munich) she deepened her capabilities in an extremely success- and result-oriented environment. In her 10+ years of organizational experience she held different leadership positions for national and international Talent Recruiting, High Potential-, Leadership- and Organizational Development.
