Feedback in Team
Feedback is the breakfast of champions! It needs to
be wanted and invited by the recipient and can't be forced on the
person. Helpful feedback is sharing, upon request, a description of how
one person sees another person's behavior and its consequences. It's a
description of how the observer is reacting to the other person's
behavior. Constructive, regular and compassionate feedback in team is a
strong means to form, maintain, and nurture a team. It builds the
team's commitment, establishes trust and increases team and individual
accountability.
We help you to develop a reciprocal feedback process in which each
member initiates messages and clarifies other members' messages.
