Capitalizing on the power of diversity
Different perspectives and cultural differences This was the critical moment when I related to them being reminded of my own struggle - being in a different country and culture, speaking in a foreign language, having plenty of gifts and talents to offer to a community, and not feeling heard or seen properly. Diversity as a foundation of my own philosophy I would define diversity as significant differences (e.g. in gender, nation of origin, learning, leadership, and communication styles, age, educational background) among people. I believe that no two people see the world the same way. We all have different frameworks. We all come from different backgrounds, different experiences. What means something to one person means something different to another. Giving each member a voice by listening to them, gives us the opportunity to have a wealth of information as a decision making basis to adapt to changing conditions and to keep the system open for learning, growth and resiliency.Developing similarities and building bridges
We from The Brigo – Consulting Haus bring transparency to the different perspectives and opinions of team members and management groups. This includes controversy and difficult probing comments as well, to inquire into existing patterns. Based on that, we develop a common ground between different parties, to achieve business goals in a sustainable and efficient way. Tapping the full potential to achieve more
I see a project like a body workout - the client strengthens their muscles to move through their work issues by themselves when the project is finalized. |
